						What an amazing stay we had! A beautiful home, in a beautiful location. We had everything we needed so close by. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The memories made here are worth more than what we paid for the weekend. You are truly lucky if you get to experience this home! Enjoy!

						We went up with 8 girls for a birthday and had the best time. Kitchen was stalked so cooking made easy, the surroundings were incredible with a flowing creek for dipping in the heat. 

South Yosemite was about a 40 minute drive, a little traffic on Friday, manageable, Saturday however was a 90 minute wait to get in, so suggest leaving early to beat the crowds or extend your stay for a weekday.

						Natur Villas served our accommodations and hospitality needs. The grounds men were incredibly helpful and responsive to our few requests. It’s a unique house on the tippy top of a Malibu mountain with gorgeous views and nothing but privacy. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and special!

						This is a truly unique property!  It is extremely photogenic and offers very unique architecture both inside and out.  The groundskeeper had mentioned it has been used as a filming location in some movies and tv shows and it’s easy to understand why!  The house is extremely spacious and offers tons of privacy in each room with plenty of bathrooms as well.  The view in the back yard is incredible.  It is a very peaceful and quiet space.  Nothing bad to say about this amazing house!  Thanks again!

						This location was absolutely stunning, it was just a short distance from the main little city so it was easy to go to the store or grab food at the local restaurants, it is also a short distance from the lake too. the house its self is very peaceful and cozy so we honestly found ourselves just really staying home and enjoying the views. would 10/10 recommend.

						This property was absolutely a little piece of heaven.  By far the most beautiful property we have stayed at.  The house has all the amenities you could imagine, and the back yard is incredible.   The house was so nice the family opted to stay home and enjoy the property one day instead of going back into the park.  Highly recommended!!!

						The house is amazingly done. Fine architecture, decor and furniture. 

If you’re planning to cook, the kitchen is great! 

The highlight for us was the waterfall, on a warm day, was a cold rebut bath. 

The only thing that’s missing is having some privacy in the master bedroom (no doors and no curtains in the bathroom) 

For Yosemite park, you should plan to leave the house very early in the morning, around 7am. 

We would love to come back!

						Glen Eden was the perfect property for our men’s retreat. We used it as a home base while embarking on daily excursions to Yosemite and Bass Lake.

The house is stunning and the entire backyard/river really makes it a special place to stay.

One recommendation is to make sure you bring an eye mask if you want to sleep past sunrise, otherwise everything is exactly as advertised in the listing.

						We had a great  stay at this beautiful home!   We were hiking Yosemite and this was the perfect location.  The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fun to cook in.   We will certainly stay again next time we visit the area.

This place is worth every penny!!!

Loved it.

The waterfall out our back door was amazing. The melt from the record snowfall made it super loud, loved it.

Everything about the home was super on point.

Easy commute to Yosemite.

Had a private chef named Zachariah Res and the 4 course meal was absolutely delicious. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals, we did breakfasts in every morning.

Loved to stay!!!

						My family absolutely loved the stay. Host was extremely communicative and responsive. The place is as described on the photos / AirBnblisting, if not even prettier. Truly a very special AirBnb. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends!

						The living room in the main house is huge. The kitchen is spacious with lots of supplies. It is not easy to find things at the beginning because there are so many drawers and cabinets. The master bedroom is isolated (on one end of the house, separated from the other bedrooms by the living room) but has no door. None of three bedrooms in the main house or the master bathroom has curtains so people might see you from another room or from the yard, especially in the evening when lights are on. Also expect to wake up early because of the bright natural light. The master bedroom is closer to the waterfall and the water sounds are obvious in the night (but I found white noise actually improved my sleep).

The host was proactive and responsive, providing helpful local guides and assisting me in finding the things I needed.

						Place was stunning, we loved the river in the backyard and the windows looking out to it. Also enjoyed the kitchen, which was well-supplied with every equipment we needed. 

What didn’t work so well for us- we were informed that the dishwasher is broken down only a few hours before arrival. We were told by the handyman that it’ll take quite a while to get it fixed because parts needed to be shipped for repair. One AC was also broken down, and locks don’t work well. 

Chris was very responsive, but unfortunately did not manage to fix/ address our issues. 

We really enjoyed the view and loved the nature surrounding the place, but would not have stayed longer than the 3 days we did.  Simple necessities like one towel hook or extra toilet rolls in the bathroom would have been useful.

						Beautifully created place. The kitchen was fully equipped from fancy coffee machine to commercial grade exhaust vents for the indoor grill. We landed up cooking all meals for our trip in the property. 

The house doesn’t haven’t any blinds, while this is not an issue for the most part, the morning sun did wake us up at 6:30am, so I would recommend an eye mask for anyone who plans to stay there. All bedrooms are facing east so you can’t escape the blaring morning sun. 

The lack of doors in master bedroom and bathroom was not much of an inconvenience for us. The house was beautiful enough for us to not mind that.

						We had an incredible weekend with friends at this property. Pictures don’t do it justice! As far as amenities go, this place has everything you could need and more. The host checked in often and was very responsive.

If you are looking for privacy between rooms, be aware that not every space is closed off by a door and there are windows everywhere (which is what makes it so stunning) but we really didn’t mind as the walls are thick and the rushing waterfall behind the home made for great white noise to offer more privacy.  

Our group wants to make this spot and annual retreat! Highly recommend.

						Immaculate place. It’s private like living on your own island. The waterfall in the backyard is absolutely amazing. The size and floor plan was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 kids. Did I mentioned the waterfall is amazing??? The host is kind and easy to communicate with.

						We had a wonderful weekend. Perfect weather. Overwhelming views from every room. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

This is an absolutely unique property. It was the perfect location for our family get-together. 

And be sure to ask the property manager about the TV show that recently filmed at this unique location.

						Summary:

It’s a really incredible location and house, but it does come with downsides. As long as you go in not expecting perfection, it’ll be great.

Pros:

The location is serene.

The house architecture is cool.

Tons of huge windows looking out at a beautiful area.

Cons:

The dishwasher was not functional.

There was no key available to the guest house. We were instructed by the host to hop the patio fence to get in.

There were ants in every room of the house. Based on vendor receipt documents left in the house, it appears that ants have been an issue for at least a couple years.

Misc (could be pros or cons, depending on you):

The main bedroom is open (does not have a door) to the rest of the house, though it is in its own wing.

When using the main bathroom’s shower, you can see out the full height windows into nature. It’s a nice view, but it also means people in the backyard can see you shower.

						Words cannot describe the beauty of this home. We have been a lot of places, this one could quite possibly be our number one. The house and location of this house is unmatched. We stayed during questionable weather and Chris went above and beyond making sure we were safe and had what we needed. Would absolutely stay again and highly highly recommend to any other guests.

						We had a great weekend stay at this beautiful home! The host, owner, and property managers were so communicative and flexible with us… I was so impressed with their responsiveness. Anything we asked for, they were able to quickly accommodate and help us with. The house itself is very unique and impressive and had a lot of space to spread out. We did notice the house hasn’t been maintained as well as depicted (cracks in windows, heating, etc.) but that’s to be expected with an AirBnB. Really great stay overall!
